phillip böndel

Phillip Böndel is a recognized brand expert and was chosen by the industry magazine W&V as one of the “Top 100 Heads of 2021”. After successful years as a consultant to Germany’s best-known rappers (including Kool Savas, Eko Fresh, AZAD), he built up the digital department of the renowned Düsseldorf-based creative agency BUTTER. Since 2019, Böndel has also served on the board of the German Association of Communication Agencies (GWA).

Tobias Kargoll, our co-founder and Chief Cultural Officer, is one of Germany’s leading experts on hiphop culture. He is the publisher of Germany’s biggest magazine for music culture, Hiphop.de, as well as co-organizer of beatcon congress and a known video presenter since 2005. He is teaching digital publishing at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf and offering corporate publishing, content and influencer marketing through his agency ManeraMedia.
