Fenty Fashion closes down

French-based luxury conglomerate LVMH and Rihanna recently announced the decision to close the artist’s Fenty Fashion brand for an indefinite period of time.  This is said to have been a mutual decision.

A statement to WWD reads: “Rihanna and LVMH have jointly made the decision to put on hold the RTW activity, based in Europe, pending better conditions.”

However, it doesn’t seem to be the end of the two’s relationship. The LVMH backed investment fund L Catterton recently took a stake in Rihanna’s ever so popular Savage X Fenty line of lingerie.
