Quality Control launches new football division

Hiphop company QC Media Holdings is expanding its QC Sport subdivision with the creation of QC Football. The home of hiphop music label Quality Control will manage American football players in cooperation with veteran agent Brad Cicala, who was hired as a managing partner.
